2014 Vision Data Total Advertising Upgrade (October 19, 2014)

Vision Data Total Advertising is scheduled to be upgraded on Sunday, October 19, 2014.

Video 1: Menu Updates VD TA 4.2

In this video, the main changes to the organization of programs and reports in Vision Data Total Advertising are reviewed.

Video 2: Ad Entry (Display) VD TA 4.2

This video provides an overview to the surface changes for display ad entry. As you'll see, all of the essential information necessary to place an order has remained the same, the location of some fields have been shifted in order to better better utilize screen space within Ad Entry. 

You'll also notice on the Ad Layout screen a new option for color "As Avail"; while this feature is available in the new version of the software, we will continue to order color with None, 1 color, 2 color or Full color until further notice.

Video 3: Ad Entry (Classified Display) VD TA 4.2

This video highlights the changes to Ad Entry for Classified Display orders. 

The changes are identical for all users of the system and the topics reviewed are almost the same as for display order entry.

Video 4 - Ad Entry Classified Line VD TA 4.2

In this video, the changes to classified line ad entry are reviewed. The most significant changes to line ad entry include a simplified customer/ad search screen which allows the user to review more ad order history on one screen. The ability to toggle between the new view and the old customer ad search screen (now the "detail" screen in ad search) are explained. 

The same changes that are explained in display ad entry videos to the main ad order entry screen are reviewed; there have been no changes to the classified publisher screen.
