To convert the 5 years of history, there are a couple of things that need to be completed... 1) The conversion rates also need to be assigned to the proper space group and category. This is so the day trade report will compare space group and category year over year. Simply doing a blank search in VisionData Rates table, (meaning do not put in any search criteria into the fields and it will select ALL your rates), and going through the rates one by one will ensure you have looked at each rate. It is important to further check the pubs and zones assigned to the rates to ensure that all the pubs and zones within the rate all belong in the same space group and category. For instance, if your rate includes the zones CD and CL....these go to two separate space groups and categories. This is not possible and the zones need to be separated into different rates. 2) The new VisionData Publications/Zones/Editions need to be mapped down to the original GPOS code from the AS400 to direct the history to the correct pubs. This must be completed by the advertising departments, as there are GPOS codes that are not clear as to which pub they need to be in. Only the active GPOS codes from the AS400 that had transactions for the 5 years of history are on the first sheet. The publication/zones/editions are on the second sheet. Map the AS400 Pub/Edition/GPOS to the NEW VisionData Pub/Zone/Edition in the space provided on the first sheet.
